HCaTS is administered by the General Services Administration (GSA) in partnership with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

Through its 738X Human Resources contract, PDRI offers a wide array of assessment products and services to federal agency customers. The schedule is designed to offer easy access to PDRI’s research-based assessments tools, products, and services.

GSA IT Schedule
Information Technology General Support Services

PDRI’s IT schedule offers its customers access to PDRI’s proprietary assessment platform, PerformanceFIT; the PDRI-hosted repository of software and assessments; system tracking of assessment status, response rates, scoring, and standard reports; and the range of PDRI expert consulting services to assist our clients in realizing productivity gains and other bottom-line organizational results through strategic implementation, application, and use of PDRI’s IT products and services.

In FY15, PDRI was awarded the OPM “USA Hire Support Services” BPA under our IT Schedule. Under this BPA, PDRI provides support services for the USA Hire Program enabling OPM to provide human resources related products and services to its current and future agency clients.

PDRI leads a multidisciplinary team of contractors providing applied research in personnel science to customers in the Army Research Institute. The current five-year contract was initiated in May 2018, and it continues a record of over 20 years of continuous PDRI support to the Army Research Institute and its human capital research activities. Our work has included studies of leadership development, Soldier adaptability, retention of Soldiers and officers, and many other critical HR issues affecting the Army’s recruiting, selection, classification, and retention needs.
