Ryan works with great enthusiasm in close partnership with each customer he serves to surface their most pressing priorities and ensure the right technical solutions are created or configured for them.
Ryan’s value to customers comes from his expertise and extensive experience of over 15 years with all different types of talent management systems. His intimate understanding of talent management system integration enables him to connect the dots in ways others can’t, so that new solutions fit well with existing processes and products and avoid spillover and downstream consequences.
Ryan is passionate about ensuring that PDRI systems, processes, or products make a difference for each customer, which gains high levels of customer confidence and loyalty. His deep drive to do the right things for customers yields unique insights about emerging talent issues that spur important product innovations.
Ryan is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
